– KENTUCKY DERBY TRAVEL PACKAGE INFO & COMPARISONS –
sights such as the Louisville Slugger Museum. Churchill Downs is 5 miles from downtown. We don’t recommend transfers which you’ll find offered elsewhere. They’re public busses that make quite a few stops to and from and the line to get on the busses for return to hotel can be over an hour long. A lot easier and faster to either drive or take Uber/Lyft where you can be there and back in 20 mins.

Tickets – All tickets include complimentary concessions including food from various vendors, liquor, beer and wine along with other non-alcoholic beverages. See sample menu below. We prefer to include Clubhouse Tickets with our packages. where you’ll find nicer amenities, less crowds and recently renovated areas (3rd Floor) Ticket Upgrades are available. Pricing increases the closer you get to the Start/Finish Line and/or the higher you go for better view. You can also downgrade the tickets if you wish to areas such as the Starting Gate Courtyard or First Turn Grandstand Seating.
